Nancy Wooldridge has been a professional legal recruiter since 1987. She has successfully filled countless search assignments and has established solid long-term relationships with key legal professionals throughout the state.

Prior to becoming a recruiter, Nancy enjoyed a successful career as a CPA with both a "Big Eight" CPA firm and a medium-sized national CPA firm. While working as a senior audit manager, she was also charged with recruiting, interviewing, and counseling professional staff as well as writing and presenting national-level training programs.

Nancy has been a noted speaker for several accounting and law firms, financial institutions and professional organizations on topics including "Breaking the Glass Ceiling in Corporate Legal Departments," "Effective Interviewing Skills," and "Maximizing Personal Effectiveness." She also helps first-year and second-year law students prepare for law firm interviews.

Nancy is an active and recognized supporter of the Houston community. She volunteers extensively with Neighborhood Centers, Inc., (NCI) whose mission supports youth, families and the elderly in underserved neighborhoods. Nancy is a member of NCI's Board of Trustees and Executive Committee as well as current chair of the Finance and Administration Committee. She was NCI's Volunteer of the Year in 1997. In addition, Nancy was a dedicated volunteer for the United Way of the Texas Gulf Coast for over twenty-five years, during which she co-chaired the United Way Allocations Committee and served on the United Way Board of Trustees. Nancy is a graduate of the 1997 class of Leadership Texas.
